I love to sleep late on Saturdays and I did a great job today. So much so that I have had to double up on shakes twice today. I have managed to get all five in though. I usually don’t eat very often when I’m at home on the weekends, usually only once or twice. That makes it very hard for me to try to drink shakes at five different times. I’m going to have to change my wicked ways tomorrow.

I did weigh first thing this morning and I am down five pounds. Whoohoo!
